We’re still not convinced this isn’t some billionaire publicity stunt…

ā€œDisconfirmingā€ Questions Lead To ChatGPT Gold

If you’ve tried ChatGPT but haven’t gotten as much out of it as you’d hoped, this new guide from SearchEngineLand could make a BIG difference for you.

It’s all about using ā€œdisconfirmingā€ questions with ChatGPT to elevate your PPC game (but it can work for other content too!)

Everyone knows that the prompts you give ChatGPT make all the difference in your response.

But hardly ANYONE asks ChatGPT ā€œdisconfirmingā€ questions. Instead, most people just ask the AI to tell them ABOUT something.

Here’s why disconfirming questions make such a big difference.

  • By asking ChatGPT what problems or issues a product, service, or offer might have, the AI gives you MUCH more specific information.

  • You’re then given a list of common OBJECTIONS that people have - and that’s where you can really DIAL IN your marketing efforts.

The full experiment from SearchEngineLand is fascinating and definitely worth the read. It has so many takeaways to use with ChatGPT…

Daily Hack - 2 Tips To Optimize Your Landing Page

The beauty of the opt-in page is that once people sign up, they can be marketed to for as long as they stay subscribed to the list. But far too many opt-in pages are not optimized to maximize conversions.

We see this all the time!

People are always rushing to put together an opt-in page without too much thought - and then they complain when it doesn’t convert well!

So today, we’re focusing on the 2 most overlooked areas to focus on to maximize your opt-in page’s performance…

#1: Use Multiple STRONG Subheads - Obviously the headline is most important, but DO NOT overlook the subheads! The job of the first subhead is to support and clarify the headline. Those two pieces (the headline and subhead) should work together.

Think of it as an opportunity to boost the message the headline delivers. It makes it possible to add more detail, to help create anticipation and desire.

But don’t just stop there. If you have long blocks of copy, make sure to break them up with multiple subheads that ALL focus on key benefits. A lot of people just skim pages - the subheads should catch their attention.

#2: Use More Bullet Points - This is where you build value. In the bullet points you’ll want to provide additional information in a visually appealing way. Instead of a long-block of text, break up all the additional information into bullets.

This format is perfect for people who are scanning your page.

You can go into further detail about what you’ll be giving people who opt in, and why they should be interested in you. This is also a great place to build your track record.

Putting in this extra bit of effort can help better optimize your opt-in page.
