#1: Use Email Follow-Ups - Email follow-ups are one of the best ways to get reviews. Plus, this is a good way to check in on customers to see if theyāre enjoying the product.
We prefer to make these check-ins part of an automated sequence. Once your customer has purchased, you can check in with them, ask for reviews, give them tips on how to use the product they purchased, and encourage them to purchase additional products.
#2: Respond to Reviews - Sometimes reviewers just want to be heard. Let customers know youāve heard their feedback. If thereās an issue, let them know youāre ready to fix it.
