Start Leveraging Your Positive Reviews
Having good reviews is one thing.
Leveraging them in your marketing is a total game-changer!
Everyone knows the power of good reviews for an online business or brand. People donât buy things online unless they see good reviews and other forms of social proof.
But the power of positive reviews can go MUCH deeper than that.
You see, different age groups use reviews much differently from one another. And if youâre not using your reviews correctly for your target audience, you could be missing out on a TON of conversions.
For instance, the way Gen Z uses reviews is much different than Boomers. But if your target audience is Gen Z and you have your reviews optimized based on Boomersâ preferences, you could be missing out!
Fortunately, this handy guide from the team over at Red Website Design sheds a ton of light on exactly how to best use reviews for your target audience.
If you use reviews at all (or think you should start)...

5 Tips - Write Better Headlines ASAP
There is NOTHING more important for grabbing your audienceâs attention than a strong HEADLINE.
Whether itâs for yourâŚ
Landing pageâŚ
Opt-in pageâŚ
EmailsâŚ
Blog postsâŚ
AdsâŚ
WebsiteâŚ
You name it!
Without a strong headline, youâre missing out on a huge percentage of your audience that will just keep scrolling.
Today, weâre sharing a few quick strategies you can implement into your headline writing IMMEDIATELY.
#1 - Use Power Words
Power words are words that trigger an emotional response in the reader. Words like "free," "limited time," or "new."
These words can help to grab the attention of your audience and encourage them to take action.
#2 - Include Numbers When Possible
Headlines that include numbers tend to perform well, as they give the reader a specific and concrete idea of what to expect.
For example, "5 Simple Steps to Achieve Your Goals" is more likely to get clicks than "How to Achieve Your Goals."
See how much more specific that headline is? It also gives the reader a much more clear idea of what theyâll get from you.
#3 - Deploy Action Verbs
Action verbs like "discover," "learn," or "unlock" can help to convey a sense of movement and encourage the reader to take action.
Notice how we just told you to âdeployâ action verbs and not simply âuseâ them? Itâs a much more powerful way of talking.
#4 - Test, Test, and Test Again
One of the best ways to find the right headline for your landing page is to test different versions and see which one performs the best.
You can use tools like Google Analytics or Crazy Egg to track clicks and conversions on your landing page, and use that data to determine which headline is the most effective.
ALWAYS test variations of headlines. You never know what will end up performing best!
#5 - Headline + Value Proposition
The headline of your landing page should clearly communicate the main benefit or value proposition of your product or service. This will help to attract the right audience and encourage them to take action.
Not only will you weed out people who arenât quality leads, youâll also give people a much more specific idea of what theyâll get from you.
