3 Quick Strategies to Boost Website Sales

The headline says it all. Today, weā€™re bringing you 3 very simple tips to use to get extra sales from your website.

Even though they are so simple to implement, people ignore them all the time.

And sometimes, doing the ā€œeasyā€ things better than your competitors is all it takes to jumpstart your growth.

#1 - Sell Enough Products

Sounds like a no-brainer right? Well, people get this wrong every day!

When people look at a website with multiple products (like an eCom store), they'll often click around and see what's being offered. If there arenā€™t many products, they'll often get worried and go somewhere else. (If youā€™re focusing on just one offer - donā€™t worry about this)

For sites working like eCom stores, we suggest at least 20 products to give your site the appearance of legitimacy and to give your customers some additional selection.

#2 - Check the Competition

Itā€™s always good to know what your competitors are up to, along with what they're doing right and wrong.

While there are many different ways to spy on the competition, we personally suggest using tools like Commerce Inspector. This excellent tool will give you the competitive edge by allowing you to see what other companies are up to.

#3 - Educate Your Customers

Sometimes selling a product in the description isnā€™t enough to really sell the product.

If the product is something that customers may not know a lot about, they'll need some extra content to inform them of what the product is and why they need that particular product.

You donā€™t have to tell an entire story with this content, but youā€™ll want to have enough information for more obscure items to allow customers to make the right purchasing decision.
